Rental Terms - Fratello Rent a Car is your most reliable partner for comfortable and safe travels in Belgrade and Serbia. Familiarize yourself with our rental terms to avoid legal consequences and ensure a worry-free driving experience.

GENERAL TERMS

• The minimum age for drivers is 21 years old.
• A driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
• Mandatory identification (passport).
• No deposit, no mileage restrictions!

RENTAL DURATION

• The minimum rental duration is 2 days (48 hours).
• Vehicle pick-up and return must occur at the same time, with a grace period of 60 minutes for tardiness.
• The option of renting for several months is available with prior arrangement.
• Extension of the rental requires mandatory visit to our premises for contract extension.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT

• Payment for the vehicle rental is made in cash upon vehicle pickup.
• WITHOUT DEPOSITE

VEHICLE PICK-UP AND RETURN

• Pick-up and return at our office or at a chosen location with an additional fee.
• The vehicle is to be picked up and returned washed and with the same amount of fuel in the tank.

VEHICLE INSURANCE

• It covers most damages, but it does not cover the interior, tires, keys, and other specific situations.
• In case of damage or theft, follow the instructions provided.

PROHIBITIONS AND UNAUTHORIZED OPERATION OF THE VEHICLE

• Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication is strictly prohibited.
• Only the person listed in the contract is allowed to operate the rented vehicle.
• It is prohibited to lend the vehicle to unauthorized persons.
